MUKUNGULE
HUNTING BLOCK:
A HIDDEN GEM

Located along the northern and
western boundaries of North
Luangwa National Park, Mukungule
GMA offers a truly exceptional safari
experience in one of Zambia’s most
pristine and protected areas.
North Luangwa National Park is home
to the country’s only black rhino
sanctuary. Due to the area being wellprotected,
game numbers are
steadily increasing, with thriving
populations of buffalo, eland, sable,
waterbuck, and reedbuck.
The breathtaking scenery of the area
sets it apart. Rolling hills, vast open
dambos, riverine bush, and vibrant
Miombo woodlands create a stunning
backdrop for exploration.
The camp is perfectly situated at the edge of the Lufila Waterfalls, offering an exquisite and tranquil retreat. Adding to its charm, the area serves as a catchment for the Lufila and Luswa Rivers, supporting a thriving ecosystem that is as picturesque as it is biodiverse.
